Path one

  • Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or Fellow of CILEX with Higher Practicing Rights
  • 4 years post post-qualified experience
  • Confident in managing client relationships and your own caseload

You will take home….

You will take 70/75% of everything that you bill and be able to choose from working remotely or a hybrid of office and home working, with access to all the benefits of our consultant programme, support and infrastructure.

Right for you if you….

If you want to work as an individual or build a team of earning consultants underneath you, billing as a group and taking a percentage yourself from the team you build, this pathway allows you to support your vision and you will receive additional support from our Acquisition department in growing a team within the business.

Path two

  • Over 8 years’ experience with at least 5 years of that fee earning (running your own caseload from start to finish)
  • Can be Qualified or Unqualified

You will take home….

You will take home 60/65% of everything that you bill and be able to choose from working remotely or a hybrid of office and home working, with access to all the benefits and flexibility of our consultant programme, support and infrastructure. You will also be given a dedicated legal supervisor as a layer of additional support who will be there to give you further day to day guidance and support with activities like signing off COTS, providing technical support on individual matters and regular check ins with you to make sure you are settling in well to the firm and are understanding the systems and the processes. They will sign off files of each transactional type until you are comfortable and have acclimatised to the firm.

60/65% of everything that you bill

Right for you if you….

If you want to work as an individual and focus on fee earning flexibly, but would like more support and a softer entry point into consultancy with technical support on a more day to day basis, working as part of a team. You can’t have fee earning consultants working underneath you, but you can have non fee earning assistants.

Path three

  • Qualified or Unqualified with over 2 years fee earning experience (running your own caseload from start to finish)
  • Confident in managing your own caseload and client relationships but enjoy being part of a group and want to continue developing this is the right pathway for you

You will take home….

You will take home 50% of everything that you bill and be able to choose from working remotely or a hybrid of office and home working with access to all the benefits and flexibility of our consultant programme, support and infrastructure. You will also be contracting under one of our existing consultants who will provide day to day support, development and training. Your consultant will also sign off the file at key points within the transaction and be responsible for you within the firm.

50% of everything that you bill

Right for you if you….

If you want to work as an individual or build a team of earning consultants underneath you, billing as a group and taking a percentage yourself from the team you build, this pathway allows you to support your vision and you will receive additional support from our Acquisition department in growing a team within the business.
