If you are an experienced corporate or commercial lawyer thinking about your next move, there is an alternative to the traditional employed role. Corporate and commercial work is increasingly done well beyond London, and as a consultant you can build a practice around regional businesses, price competitively or offer fixed fees, and take on the matters that genuinely interest you. You keep up to 75% of what you bill, so your income reflects your contribution rather than a fixed salary band.
Work fully remotely, from one of our office hubs across the UK, or a mix of both. You will have full back-office support, Grade A professional indemnity cover up to £20 million, and access to a community of more than 500 consultants for cross-referrals across a full-service firm. There is also a clear route to Partner status for those who want it.
