A word from our CEO

As the co-founder and CEO of AIIC Group and Taylor Rose, I lead two innovative and fast-growing companies that provide investment, strategic collaborations, and legal services. With many years of experience in this role, I have developed core competencies in strategy, risk, and client relations, as well as a deep expertise in litigation costs and the legal services market.

My passion for entrepreneurship and law stems from my early career as a trainee costs draftsman, where I co-founded Jaggards Legal Costs Consultants with my brother. I then pursued my education in law and business, obtaining a master’s degree and a postgraduate diploma, and becoming a solicitor. I am always looking for better ways to deliver value to our clients and stakeholders, while protecting our culture and values. I am also interested in connecting and collaborating with other professionals and experts who share my vision and mission.

Jenny is an experienced Recruitment and Talent Acquisition professional based in Peterborough, with over 16 years of experience across the recruitment industry in London and the Midlands. She has built a strong reputation for connecting talented professionals with the right opportunities and, in her in-house Talent Acquisition roles, creating effective hiring strategies and high-performing teams.

In her current role as Recruitment Manager at Taylor Rose, Jenny leads recruitment initiatives across the firm. She focuses on attracting high-quality legal and professional services talent, supporting hiring managers and creating a positive and engaging candidate experience. Working closely with her team, she plays an important role in supporting the firm’s continued growth and development.

Before joining Taylor Rose, Jenny held a number of senior recruitment management roles within recruitment agencies, developing her expertise in executive search, professional services recruitment and client relationship management.

Jenny is passionate about people, career development and building inclusive workplaces. Her approach combines industry knowledge, strong networks and a genuine commitment to helping both candidates and organisations succeed.

Outside of work, Jenny is a committed football mum, with many weekends spent supporting her teenager and travelling across Cambridgeshire. An avid animal lover, she also has long-term plans to create her own mini farm. When time allows, she enjoys relaxing and having fun with her Liverpool-obsessed husband and friends.

Martin has been at Taylor Rose for just over two years. He oversees all marketing and lead generation activities for the Consultant Acquisition Team and helps current consultants generate their own followings and revenues. More recently, he helped launch and continues to promote the Australian Consultancy programme.

A strategic marketing professional with over two decades of senior business management experience. He is a Fellow of both the Chartered Institute of Marketing and the Institute of Direct and Digital Marketing and he brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the role.

With a proven track record of delivering tangible results in fiercely competitive B2C and B2B markets, including e-commerce, media, financial, and professional services, Martin can craft innovative, brand-aligned, and data-driven revenue growth strategies.

Martin loves developing talent within teams and takes pleasure in guiding and advising consultants to maximise their marketing activities.

Outside of work, he enjoys socialising and spending time with his family, watching most sports and travelling the world.

Starting in the insurance sector, Charlotte initially specialised in claims investigation. Over time, she transitioned into operational roles, acquiring valuable qualifications and skills in business management, operations and communication.

In her current capacity at Taylor Rose, she serves as the Operational Manager overseeing the Recruitment, Onboarding, and Concierge departmental teams. These teams play pivotal roles in the consultant programme, managing crucial aspects such as acquiring and onboarding new consultants, providing ongoing support during their journey, and handling all consultant-related communications and events such as training sessions, meetings and various networking activities.

With a dedicated focus on continuous improvement, Charlotte is committed to enhancing the consultant program and supporting her team. This involves identifying areas for improvement, implementing changes, and consistently striving to enhance the overall consultant experience within the company.

Kim is our longest serving Consultant Recruitment Executive. She joined Taylor Rose  in November 2021, contributing her extensive experience and versatile skill set to the Recruitment Team based in the Peterborough office. 

In her role, she plays a pivotal role in building and expanding the company’s consultancy program by connecting with potential candidates and cultivating professional relationships. Networking is a cornerstone of her responsibilities, involving diverse activities such as attending industry events, reaching out to potential candidates, and collaborating with other professionals in the field.

Before joining Taylor Rose, she dedicated 14 years to the social housing sector. During this time, she assisted homeless applicants with housing, managed disrepair claims, and provided valuable solar and energy advice. Her commitment to safety and maintaining 100% compliance on gas, fire, and electrical safety was evident throughout her tenure in the sector.

Before embracing motherhood with her two girls, Kim accumulated diverse experiences in her career, ranging from working in hospitality to selling Timeshare in Europe. These experiences have shaped her versatile skill set and enabled her to connect with people from different backgrounds and walks of life, fostering skills in sales, communications and customer service.

In her leisure time, Kim enjoys listening to crime podcasts while walking her dog and eagerly anticipates breaks away to soak up the sun with her friends and family.

Luke is a Consultant Recruitment Executive based in the Peterborough office, and a member of the Consultant Recruitment Department.

Luke’s journey took a unique path as he left formal studies at the age of 16 after completing his GCSEs. Early in his career, he ascended to a management role at the age of 17 and remained in Retail Management until his early 20s. 

Later, he transitioned into direct sales, achieving remarkable success by being among the Top 20 representatives out of approximately 500 in the country. 

In 2021, he achieved a significant milestone by selling £1.1 million worth of products, marking one of his most noteworthy accomplishments. Recognized and valued in the industry, he decided to make a change. This led him to apply to Taylor Rose, where he has been since May 2022.

Luke’s personal qualities shine through his dedication and commitment to looking after his own. Beyond his professional endeavours, Luke enjoys socialising, gaming, cycling, and traveling.

Gemma rejoined Taylor Rose as a Recruitment Executive, having previously worked within the onboarding team. In her current role, she focuses on identifying and supporting consultant solicitors across the firm’s national network.

She brings several years of experience in recruitment and sales, including two years in agency recruitment, where she matched high-quality talent to client needs within professional services. This experience has strengthened her relationship-building, negotiation and consultative skills, helping to ensure the right long-term fit for both clients and candidates.

Having previously onboarded consultants at Taylor Rose, Gemma has a strong understanding of the consultant solicitor model and the qualities that help individuals thrive within it. Returning to the firm has allowed her to reconnect with familiar colleagues while applying the wider experience she gained externally to support and strengthen the recruitment approach.

Gemma is passionate about guiding solicitors through career transitions and helping them unlock their full potential. She is empathetic, driven and people-focused, with a strong belief in honesty, trust and long-term relationships.

Outside of work, Gemma enjoys staying active, spending time with family and friends, and focusing on her own personal and professional growth.

Louise firstly joined the civil litigation team at Taylor Rose in 2019 as an administrator, then later joined the consultant concierge team as a Consultant Services Administrator.

Originally, she began her career in the childcare industry, then moved to administration roles for several different companies, in a variety of different industries prior to joining Taylor Rose.  

Currently, she helps deal with the onboarding process for both fee earning and non-fee earning consultants when joining the firm and assisting new and existing consultants. 

She prides herself on making the onboarding journey a pleasurable, welcoming and informative experience for all. Also, Louise supports her consultants whilst they are settling into their roles and provides an efficient service for consultants as they develop their caseloads. 

All of Louise’s consultants can be assured that all their queries will be dealt with in a timely and efficient manner.

She works well as a team and is always available to support her colleagues and assist wherever possible.

In her spare time, Louise enjoys walks in the countryside, live music events, baking and spending time with family and friends.

Ash joined Taylor Rose as an Account Executive within the Consultant Services department, where she supports consultants, manages client relationships and contributes to growth initiatives.

A results-driven professional with over six years’ experience across the finance and B2B sectors, Ash specialises in client relationship management and contract negotiation. Previously an Account Manager, she oversaw a portfolio of more than 300 clients, delivering strong retention, revenue growth and strategic partnerships, while maintaining regulatory compliance.

Prior to this, Ash spent six years in a contact centre, managing more than 50 daily client interactions in an FCA-regulated environment. During this time, she also mentored colleagues, introduced targeted performance improvement pitches and helped enhance KPIs. Her educational background is equally diverse, holding a Certificate of Higher Education in Classical Studies from the University of Winchester, alongside IF1 (CII) and digital marketing certifications.

Her areas of expertise include portfolio management, CRM systems, stakeholder engagement and process improvement, and she has been recognised for strengthening relationships and promoting service excellence. Ash is intentional and perceptive in her approach, carrying out her work with integrity and a solution-focused mindset. She is a trusted colleague who works equally well independently and as part of a wider team.

Outside of work, Ash is cultured and creatively driven, with a love for the arts, exploring new destinations and creating thoughtful culinary experiences. She also expresses her creativity through her part-time work as a detail-oriented nail technician.

Jude joined Taylor Rose as part of the newly formed Account Executive function within Consultant Services, focusing on delivering exceptional operational support to consultants while contributing to the continued growth and development of the consultant network.

Over the past ten years, Jude has built strong experience in client-facing roles across retail, private student accommodation and market research. He combines logical thinking with creativity when addressing client needs and draws on problem-solving skills developed during his studies in Commercial Music at Canterbury Christ Church University. It was there that he cultivated not only a passion for the performing arts, but also a strong foundation in project coordination, stakeholder communication and relationship management.

In his day-to-day work, you will find him troubleshooting technical issues, analysing performance data and identifying opportunities to improve processes and long-term consultant performance. He values clarity, collaboration and continuous improvement, and believes that maintaining a positive, supportive environment – occasionally assisted by a well-timed dad joke – is key to strong team performance.

Outside of work, Jude enjoys spending quality time with his wife and daughter and continues to write and perform his own music.

Olivia is one of the new Account Executives within Consultant Services.

In 2020, Olivia graduated from the University of Chichester Conservatoire with a First in Acting for Film, and in 2025 completed All In Actors. This background has helped shape her creative, supportive and empathetic approach to her work.

After graduating during the Covid-19 pandemic, Olivia worked in house insurance sales before moving into a role as a 1:1 Teaching Assistant supporting SEND children. Both positions were fast-paced and demanding, helping her develop strong negotiation, listening and nurturing skills, as well as patience and resilience.

With acting remaining her first love, Olivia is navigating the balance between two careers. This gives her an added level of empathy and understanding for consultants who may also be balancing other roles and responsibilities in their own lives.

With her skill set and background, Olivia aims to provide a comfortable space for consultants to express themselves, while offering support and encouragement as they forge their own path in consultancy.

Francesca is one of our dedicated Consultant Concierge Officers at Taylor Rose. With over a year of experience in this pivotal role, she’s been instrumental in ensuring the smooth operation of our Consultant Concierge department.

In 2016, Francesca graduated from Edgehill University with a degree in dance, teaching, and aerial performance. This educational foundation has enriched her knowledge and teaching skills, which she brings to her current role.

Francesca’s adventurous spirit led her to work as a Camp Counsellor for Camp America, where she served as a lifeguard and ensured the safety of children while teaching them water safety regulations. This experience instilled qualities of leadership, responsibility, and working with people of all ages.

Before joining our team, her first role was an Assistant Manager. Having worked in the hospitality industry, Francesca has honed her communication, decision-making, problem-solving, empathy and customer care skills. These attributes are invaluable in her role as a Consultant Concierge Officer.

Beyond her professional expertise, Francesca is a compassionate team player who believes in the power of effective communication and maintaining harmony within the team. She’s a passionate performer with creative interests in painting, drawing, and making jewellery, reflecting her artistic and expressive side. Her dedication to family ties and nurturing relationships enhances her well-rounded, balanced approach to both work and personal life.

Tamara is a dedicated professional who started her role as a Consultant Concierge Officer at Taylor Rose in 2022, bringing with her seven years of valuable experience in various administrative positions within the NHS.

Tamara is a proud graduate of Northampton University, specialising in Psychology and Counselling in 2019. Her journey into administrative roles within the NHS has equipped her with a robust skill set, including strict adherence to policies and procedures, proficient listening abilities, empathy, strong organisational and advanced IT skills.

In her current role, Tamara provides operational support to consultants at Taylor Rose. She takes great pride in offering unwavering support and ensuring that everyone feels acknowledged and understood. Tamara firmly believes in the importance of collaborative teamwork and approaches challenges with diligence and proficiency.

Beyond her professional pursuits, Tamara has a passion for fashion and indulges in creative hobbies such as crocheting and drawing, finding solace and inspiration in these activities.

Adella has a versatile professional background, with contributions across a variety of departments, including lender services for multiple financial institutions, residential property, front of house, consultant onboarding, training queries, consultant liaison, and providing crucial support to our consultants in our city office, where she currently resides.

A graduate of Arts University Bournemouth, Adella has complemented her academic achievements with a commitment to professional development. She has completed training programmes through the Chartered Institute of Marketing and the British Film Institute.

Within our organisation, she excels in the domains of communications and consultant events, actively supporting consultant marketing. Her responsibilities include a wide range of tasks, such as working on our communication initiatives, administering the distribution of our monthly newsletter, contributing to our professional social media presence, copywriting, designing, and content writing. Furthermore, she diligently coordinates and promotes consultant events across the UK within our Taylor Rose portfolio, including our highly regarded annual conferences, such as the prestigious event at the Rosewood London.

Dedicated and personable, Adella thrives on nurturing professional relationships within our consultant community and is dedicated to ensuring they have a supportive and valuable experience.

Beyond her professional endeavours, she enjoys the quality time she spends with her family, travelling to new destinations, photography and playing the piano.
